This skirt is made in Thailand, by the hmong hilltribe people of nothern thailand. Expect slight imperfections as it is hand made by village people using traditional techniques and not a factory. It is brand new, although some of the fabrics used are recycled or vintage so they might be old/dirty/faded/soiled. I only sell the highest quality/condition hilltribe items. Hand embroidery and detail of patchwork. A unique design,With elasticated waist, made from COTTON and other fabrics on embroidery and patchwork. Just one off.
