This skirt is made in Thailand, by the hmong hilltribe people of nothern thailand. Expect slight imperfections as it is hand made by village people using traditional techniques and not a factory. It is brand new, although some of the fabrics used are old and recycled or vintage so they might be old/dirty/faded/soiled. I only supply the very best quality/condition hilltribe items.
