This is original 1970's vintage ethnic hemp yarn knited long balloon sleeved sheer dress. Ties spagetti string on the front neck line. Made from 100% hemp, it's hand made, and stretch. Very unique dress, an elasticated on arms hole. Very floaty. In great vintage condition.
