This shoulder bag is made in Thailand, by the hmong hilltribe people of nothern thailand. Expect slight imperfections as it is hand made by village people using traditional techniques and not a factory. It is brand new, although some of the fabrics used in the bag are recycled or vintage so they might be old/dirty/faded/soiled.
