This skirt is made in Thailand, by the hmong hilltribe people of nothern thailand. Expect slight imperfections as it is hand made by village people using traditional techniques and not a factory. It is brand new, although some of the fabrics used are old and recycled or vintage so they might be old/dirty/faded/soiled. I only supply the very best quality/condition hilltribe items. It is a funky bohemian ethnic hippy wraparound sarong skirt, made from HEMP and other fabrics on patchwork and embroidery. Flared around along from under knees to hem. A unique design, with paneled embroidered all the way around skirt, tailored quality. With 2 coconut buttons on waist. Just one off.
