This skirt is made in Thailand, by the hmong hilltribe people of nothern thailand. Expect slight imperfections as it is hand made by village people using traditional techniques and not a factory. It is brand new, although some of the fabrics used are old and recycled or vintage so they might be old/dirty/faded/soiled. I only supply the very best quality/condition hilltribe items. It is a funky bohemian ethnic hippy wraparound sarong skirt, made from HEMP and other fabrics on embroidery. A unique design, with paneled embroidered all the way around skirt. With 5" waist band and coconut bottons on waist, tailored quality. Just one off. This skirt very very well made and best quality and so much work on it.
